Nnok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Becoming a Member

1Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the nnok platform and its services. nnok (https://nnok-taka.com) is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh.

By using our website or app, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using nnok.

Nnok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the website, and members will be notified by email for significant updates.

2Account Registration & Usage

A personal account is required to access the full range of services on nnok. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is allowed only One only You may open an nnok account. If a single individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

• You must provide your full name, date of birth, and mobile number accurately when registering.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely the member's responsibility.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Nnok services are available exclusively 18 Years of Age or Older For adults only. No person under the legal age is permitted to use nnok.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. nnok may request government-issued ID at any time to verify your age. Providing false information about your age will result in account termination.

• Proof of age may be required via a National ID card or passport.
• All transactions made on accounts registered under a minor's name will be considered void.
• If an age discrepancy is found during identity verification, your balance may not be refunded.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Nnok supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. nnok does not charge any transaction fees; however, fees imposed by your payment service provider may apply.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• No bets may be placed until the deposited amount has been credited to your nnok wallet.
• Unusual or suspicious deposits may be held for verification.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number or account registered to your nnok account.
• Without completing KYC, withdrawals are limited to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Nnok reserves the right to decline any fraudulent withdrawal requests.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Nnok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are outlined on the relevant bonus page.

Wagering Requirement (WR)

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met. For example, a 10x WR on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 must be wagered.

• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously (with limited exceptions).
• If a single individual attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same IP address or device.
• Nnok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• Accounts found to have obtained bonuses through fraudulent means will be terminated.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on nnok are considered final. Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be cancelled unless nnok voids it due to a technical error.

Bet Confirmation

• Before placing a bet, always verify all details — team, stake, and odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, nnok reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a bet has been placed at the time of an internet disconnection, it will be considered valid.

Live Betting

• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• Any bet placed after a match has started will be treated as a Live Bet.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, nnok will settle affected bets in accordance with standard procedure.

Betting Limits

Nnok sets the maximum bet limit for each event and reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual members.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nnok. Violations will result in immediate account termination, and your balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the system through technical means.
• Match fixing or suspicious betting patterns.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward other members.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Nnok takes the privacy of your personal data extremely seriously. Your information is never sold or transferred to any third party.

• Payment details are not stored on nnok's servers.

9Responsible Gaming

Nnok believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a burden. That's why we always encourage our members to play responsibly.

• Set a daily or weekly deposit limit for yourself.
• Take a voluntary break (Self-Exclusion) whenever you need one.
• If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please seek professional help.
• Use nnok's self-exclusion system to temporarily or permanently restrict your account.

10Account Suspension & Termination

Nnok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Unusual or irregular financial transaction activity is detected.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Upon account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded; however, if fraud is established, the entire balance may be forfeited.

11Terms Updates & Changes

Nnok reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

For significant changes, members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account. However, continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
